When a member submits sensitive information through this website, that information is protected both online and off-line. PSPRS only asks for personal information on secure web pages. The web page address in the address bar at the top of your browser window will begin with “https” (as opposed to “http”) when you are on a secure web page. Sensitive information that you enter is encrypted, and is treated in the same manner as the information collected from hard copies submitted to PSPRS.
Collection of Information

This information is not reported or used in any manner that would reveal personally identifiable information, and will not be released to any outside parties unless legally required to do so in connection with law enforcement investigations or other legal proceedings.
